Woodfall Street

London

The house is situated in a tight urban site within a conservation area in Chelsea. The architectural solution for the awkward composition between the main house and the rear outrigger was to simplify the layout and circulation around the ground floor external courtyard that enables visual connection and openness. The intention of the sliding glazed doors that can be opened full width was to allow the exterior into the centre of the house.

The project was undertaken in collaboration with Michael Tite Architect.
